What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it's too late! 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@theearthlingco.com and be sure to include your order number in your request.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order and it will need to be processed as a return.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any order changes from 11/24/21 through 12/31/21. Please make sure you have everything you want in your cart before placing an order. We will try our best to accommodate any address changes during this time, however, if your order was fulfilled we can no longer make changes. Thank you for understanding.
