I don't see my referral on my rewards account.
If you've checked your rewards account and don't see a recent referral, we recommend checking with your friend that they placed an order that was $25+. In order for the referral points to be added to your account, they must spend $25+ on their first order. If they didn't spend this limit, the points will not be reflected on your account.
If you know your friend spent more than $25 and it was their first order, please reach out to us at email@example.com so that we can resolve this for you. Please include the email address on file for your account as well as the email address for the friend you referred.
