How do I edit my payment method on my subscription?
Edit Payment Method
Shoppers can manage any aspect of their subscription from their account portal.
For help logging in to accounts, please see Account Portal - Customer Access doc.
From the customer account portal, shoppers should navigate to the 'Subscriptions' tab in the main navigation of your account portal OR scroll down to the 'Your subscriptions' section of your account portal.
From 'Subscriptions', shoppers should select the 'Manage subscription' button.
Once selected, shoppers will be brought to their subscription management tab, where they should select the wallet icon labeled 'Edit payment'.
Once 'Edit payment' is selected, shoppers will then be sent an email to update their payment method.
From their personal email account, shoppers will find a “Confirm payment information” email with instructions to update their payment method.
Shoppers will then be prompted to enter and confirm the payment method of their choice.
