Seeing upcoming orders and changing, and skipping orders?

Shoppers can view all their upcoming orders from their customer account portal. Once a shopper logs in to their account, they will be brought to their portal homepage.

Your Next Order

From the customer portal homepage, shoppers should locate the large 'Subscription' title. Underneath, shoppers will find the 'Your next order' subtitle where shoppers will be able to view their upcoming order and delivery date.

Send Now

From the 'Your Next Order' subtitle, shoppers are able to request their order to be shipped out prior to their upcoming order delivery date. To have an order shipped out earlier, shoppers should select the 'Send now' button.

Shoppers can control when their next will be shipped right from the customer account portal homepage.

For shoppers looking to receive their order immediately, shoppers should locate the 'Send now' button.

Once selected, shoppers will receive a pop-up notification confirming the send now request.

For shoppers looking to see all upcoming shoppers should locate the 'See all upcoming orders' button.

Once selected, shoppers will be brought to 'Upcoming orders'. From this window, shoppers will have full access to manage all of their upcoming orders for the lifetime of their subscription

More Actions

Should shoppers select 'More actions' from their upcoming order window, they will have full access to all order options management features such as; skip, gift, swap item, delay date, edit address, and add item.
