Can I change the products within my subscription or do I need to keep it the same for every order?
You can change products or swap scents at any time before your next order ships!
To change scents:
- Login to your Account here
- Scroll down to the subscription you want to change scents for
- Under the title of the product, select the scent you want to switch to in the drop down
- Your subscription will automatically update and you’ll see the changes reflected immediately.
To change products
- Login to your Account here
- Scroll down to the subscription you want to change and click “swap”
- Select the product you want to change to
- Shampoo bars can only be swapped with conditioner bars and vice versa. If you want to change to a different type of product, you’ll need to cancel that subscription and create a new one in its place.
- Confirm the details in the pop up window and click “swap”.
