What is your return policy?

While we're confident that you'll love your Earthling Co. products, we understand that things don't always work out! In an effort to support our customers as well as our beautiful Mother Earth, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. 

Please email us at hello@theearthlingco.com with your order number and your reasoning/feedback for why you were not satisfied with our products within 30 days after delivery. We will answer your inquiry ASAP in order to assist you.

*COVID-19 Update: to maintain health and safety of our staff and customers, we will not be accepting mail-in returns for any USED products during this time. With that being said, please email us at hello@theearthlingco.com if you have any issues with your order, and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.
