What happens if my package is shipped back to your warehouse?

In the very rare case that a package gets returned to our warehouse, it’s usually due to an incorrect address, or because there is no forwarding address available. In these cases, The Earthling Co. asks that you cover the shipping costs for the re-shipment. You will receive an email with an invoice for the new shipping costs.
